Cancellation Policy

If your appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, please give us at least a 24 hour notice. Any appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or are no-showed, there will be a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the appointment price which will need to be paid in order to book any future appointments. Frequent cancellations or reschedules will result in prepayment of the appointment that will be non-refundable, or potentially being blocked from booking future appointments. If you are feeling ill the day of your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
